The Ex Education minister of the state Partha Chatterjee filled his bail by his lawyer and asked to to court, If Arpita Mukhopadhyay, Manik Bhattacharya gets bail in the recruitment corruption case then why won’t partha get it.? After hearing this question, Justice Suryakanta Sharma but opus the bail application and strongly criticized and he informed that there are not everyone were education minister, but You were. So you should not compare to Yourself (Partha Chatterjee) with Others. You Should Shame On Yourself before compare yourself with others. They all worked with you because you were a minister.

During the corruption investigation of the case, a lots of money and the jewellery were recovered from Arpita’s house. But after her mother’s death Arpita was recently released on bail. On that day, the ED told to the court, “Arpita Mukhopadhyay said that she could not confess because her and her mother’s safety. Partha Chatterjee can say about the cash and the jewellery. She also confess that this property is not her.”

Partha was denied have a relationship with Arpita in the court and his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi claimed in court that the recovery money and the jewellery from arpita’s house was not related to Partha. But She is an actress and she has own life and it's not related partha. At that time ED said Arpita was afraid to partha if he get bail it’s maybe dangerous because the evidence will be lost. It Two and half years have passed but charge sheet not been submitted now. This case carries a maximum jail term of seven years. And partha has already suffer two and half years. ‘Partha’s age and physical condition is not well’ said partha’s lawyer.
