Horrific Incident in Intercity Express: Pregnant Woman Assaulted and Thrown Off Train
A shocking crime took place on the Intercity Express traveling from Coimbatore to Tirupati. A four-month pregnant woman was sexually assaulted inside the moving train, and when she resisted, the culprits threw her off. The terrifying incident happened in Tamil Nadu, sending shockwaves across the country.

The horrific event occurred on Thursday night around 9 PM when most passengers had finished their dinner and were either asleep or preparing to rest. The dimly lit train compartment created the perfect setting for the crime. The Intercity Express was speeding through Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor district when the incident unfolded.
The victim a four month pregnant woman from Tamil Nadu got up from her seat to use the washroom. This is when the accused attacked her. She screamed for help but with no security personnel present no one came to her rescue. The attackers assaulted her and when she resisted, they heartlessly pushed her out of the moving train.
Victim’s Condition & Medical Assistance
Locals found the injured woman and rushed her to KV Kuppam Hospital. Doctors confirmed that she suffered multiple fractures in her hands and legs, along with severe head injuries. Due to the severity of her condition, she was later shifted to Vellore Government Medical College for advanced treatment. Currently she remains under strict medical observation.
