On today morning suddenly a fire broke out at a restaurant on the ground floor of a six story building in Dhaka’s Uttara, Bangladesh. Seven of peoples was trapped inside the building they were successfully rescued by the Fire Service, but several others peoples still being trapped into the building.
The Fire Service was informed about the fire at Friday morning 10:38 AM. Twelve fire units are currently fight with the fire flames, it has already spread to the second floor of the building. The thick smoke has spread into the entire structure, this situation making the rescue operation challenging.
Official Statement: According to the Fire Service’s media cell Anarul Islam Dolon, "The fire started from the ground floor and quickly spread to the upper floors of the building. So far, we have successfully rescued seven individuals who was trapped inside the building."
Location and Response: The incident was happened at the Love Lean Restaurant in Sector 12 of Dhaka’s Uttara, Bangladesh. At first eight units from the Fire Service was rushed to the scene and additional units were joining later.
Cause of the Fire: The exact cause of the fire is still remains unknown. But the Investigations are expected to starts once the situation is under control.
