Bhai, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently revealed an unusual fact about his lifestyle - he barely sleeps for two hours a day. Unlike most people who prioritise 7-8 hours of sleep, Salman manages his energy with short naps and a disciplined routine.

Salman’s Sleep Secret

In a recent podcast hosted by his nephew Arhaan Khan, Salman shared that he rarely gets a full night’s sleep. He usually sleeps for just a few hours and a full 7 - 8 hour sleep happens only once a month.

- “During shooting I take short naps whenever possible. If I have nothing to do that’s when I sleep,” Bhai explained.

He further mentioned that during his time in jail he slept a lot as there was nothing else to do. Now, even in turbulent flights he manages to sleep because of the lack of activity.

Work, Passion and Success

Despite being one of Bollywood’s biggest superstars, Salman believes success is never a one-man effort.

- “Failures are my own but success is always a collective effort. The moment you think success is yours alone, everything goes wrong,” Bhai said.

Salman also pointed out a lack of enthusiasm among the younger generation.

- “We used to play so hard that we would be out of breath, yet we had a smile on our faces. Today there’s more complacency than passion,” Bhai observed.

The Key to Energy & Youthfulness

Salman believes that losing enthusiasm leads to early ageing.

- “Fatigue will come but you must push through. Sleep won’t come unless you’ve worked hard. When the body is tired sleep happens naturally,” Bhai concluded.

Salman Khan’s approach to life is all about discipline and passion. Despite minimal sleep he remains full of energy proving that enthusiasm and dedication are the real keys to success.
