The Role: What You Will Do
This is not a desk job where you stare at a spreadsheet all day. This is a Field Marketing and Sales Role. You will be the frontline representative of our brand, meeting business owners, entrepreneurs and decision-makers face-to-face.
As a Marketing Manager, your primary objective is Client Acquisition. You will identify businesses that need a website or a custom mobile application, consult with them to understand their needs and close the deal.
Key Responsibilities
i. Project Acquisition: Actively scout and secure projects for Website Development and Android/iOS Application Development.
ii. Field Operations: Conduct daily field visits to prospect locations, commercial hubs and corporate offices to generate leads.
iii. Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their business model and explain how a website or app can increase their revenue and brand visibility.
iv. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
v. Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. This is a performance-driven role where results matter.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated and deal status to report back to the management team.

Detailed Job Description Breakdown
1. Market Research & Lead Generation
Your day starts with a plan. You will identify high-potential sectors—such as Real Estate, Education, Hospitality or Retail—and map out businesses in your territory that lack a digital footprint. You will create a pipeline of potential clients to visit.
2. The Pitch
Once you are in the field, your job is to open doors. You will present the portfolio of Labbayk Technologies, showcasing our previous work. You need to convince the client that investing in a website or app is an investment in their future profits.
3. Negotiation & Closing
You will handle the commercial aspect of the deal. With the support of the technical team (who can help with costing), you will present the proposal to the client, negotiate the terms and sign the contract.
4. Post-Sales Coordination
Once the advance is paid and the project is signed, you will hand over the requirements to the technical team. You will remain the point of contact for the client to ensure they feel supported throughout the development process.
