Banks across India will remain closed for a total of 14 days in February 2025 including weekends and regional holidays. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has published the complete list of holidays. Why 14 Days of Bank Closures in February.?
February 2025 has 28 days out of which banks will be closed for 14 days due to weekly offs, national and regional holidays. National holidays are observed across all states while regional holidays vary based on local festivals and events.
Every Sunday and the second and fourth Saturdays are bank holidays throughout the country. Apart from these several regional holidays will result in closures in specific states.
